I meant a 754 3200+ unsure of core (confusing with my other processor.) No, I haven't done memtest and my power mgmt is s1. I will doing memtest now and try changing the power mgmt as I write this.

I had a system running a K8VSE Dlx quite stable at 220MHz FSB and all equipment in the new system but I cannot seem to get any stability with this motherboard. I have tried different RAM configurations i.e. 1-2 sticks = pc2100,3500, and 4000 but the bios seems to lose my 300GB Maxtor 16MB SATA...
