been thru everglide, everglide giganta, and func1030.... all were worn out after about 1/2year. i recently switched to a mousepad called icemat. it's made of glass , which will not wear out. and it actually works good with my intellimouse optical. im surprised since i thought it would not...

hmmm, i have the same board ... asus a7v133.... and had problems with the internal zip drive for the longest time. the problem is with the via4in1 that comes with the board. u'll need to get the latest 4in1's from via's website.. that should solve your problem.
