I dicovered I had the 2.0 samsung instead of the 1.6 samsung memory, its a sapphire X800 pro (VIVO) I successfully opened the pipes to 16 but had some driver issues and after re-installing several times I went to benchmark the 4 extra pipes and realized via ati tool that it was bumped back down...
