Ok it seems the 61.77 drivers are a mess when used with a Geforce 4 Ti. Which drivers are regarded as the best for the card. I have heard that the 44.03 release works best with this card. If I install these instead of the latest will performance drop for this card in Doom 3?

I have ran memtest86 for two tests and it passed both times. So it doesn't seem to be memory either then, or is there any other tests that I can run?

I have had diffrent BSODs but I (stupidly) didn't note them down then as the computer resets unless you uncheck the box in the system properties :). I have one block of 256mb DRR 333 cheapo ram, I shall check it and see.
