SO overstock will replace it, not refund? I was under the impression he was offering me a refund and they are all out of them? After 3 charge/discharge cycles I was able to get my unit up to 10 minutes with the backlight on! not quite what I wanted in a pda :)

I called overstock and they offered to let me return it no restock fee and no shipping charges. Hopefully the instructions arrive tomorrow, and my audiovox & luggage gets here thursday:) jonny

Mine was shipped with the switch in the on position. Compaq says the warr expired on 3/29. I was going to try a 24 hr charge, but based on what I am hearing, it dosent seem like a good lot. Will we be stuck paying 15% restock? don't know that I feel like paying $27 bucks when it was not an...
