Is my CPU fast enough for the 8800 series? I read somewhere that the CPUs are the bottlenecks for flightsims rather than the GPUs, but I don´t know if that is true today.

Is it possible to switch to English if I buy a German Vista? I can do this with Tiger, but not XP. I once bought a laptop in Italy, but couldn´t switch to English in XP. Now I´m thinking of buying a laptop in Germany.
