With regard to moni.ai - I'm missing something - can't seem to get it to work. Can someone point me in the right direction. Can I use it to control my GE lights or the Lutron switch?

So last night one of my Link bulbs did not dim per the robot I have set....I tried to do it "manually" through the app and nothing happened. Then realized all of the Link bulbs were non responsive. In past if this happened I was able to unplug the hub, plug it back in and everything was fine...
