Has anyone with a Radeon card gotten the TV Tuner video reception to work on either Avermedia or Leadtek?

Trident, ATI Radeon, Cirrus Logic, and some SIS video cards.

problem: - Capture Frames and Capture Images do not work...
I tried both cable (from cable outlet) and the composite/svideo inputs (from VCR). Switched modes on the WinFast program. This wouldn't be the problem since I can hear the TV audio, but not video.
I got my card. But the TV mode shows up as a black screen. Can hear the audio though. FM works fine. Very frustrating. I've read this is an overlay problem (whatever that is)?
Win2000 SP2, Athlon XP kt266a, ATI Radeon 32 DDR, latest drivers, argghhhhh.....

thx for the reply. i read the manual. had done the cmos and bios jumpers. currently, newegg has my board. they haven't said anything about sending me another one yet.
i also bought this refurb board from newegg... and i got a dud, i think.
my conclusion is that it has a defective agp slot. it will not POST with an AGP video card. tried 2 different working agp cards. but it boots up fine with a PCI video card. i heard about Power supply problems, and tried...
