    I have a ECS mobo and it seems very stable, no problems. I don't overclock but if I did I would go with another board. The ECS is a cheap board, you get what you pay for IMHO.

    ECS boards have certain power requirements, check out: http://www.ocworkbench.com/articles/psu/psup1.htm I don't think 250w is enough.
