It's stated in the ABIT's website that the KA7 and KA7-100 doesn't support VC memory. Check them out.

I have exactly the same mobo/cpu but different vid card and memory, my suggestion is to unplug the cpu and then put it back and try using different memory brand, this mobo is know for being very picky about memory.
