The lights I can't get the physical relay button to control properly are paired with the hub, ge link with a one way switch. all it will do is turn the light in (dim for some reason) then nothing else unless I used the screen or the app.

This is getting to be a rollercoaster ride and I think I want off. The phone call I got from a tech guy that knew what he was talking about made me want to stick it out with wink, but now I can't get a reply from him with the email he gave me. The rely I did get from Wink today about my...

This Hub came directly from Wink today (long story) the Hub I already had and am returning didn't even see the .56 update even though they were both connected to the same router at the same time today when the new Hub got the update. Its already confirmed that the Relay can do local...

.56 update seems to have added local commands for the hub (already had them for the relay). I could be wrong but my lights now turn on instantly all at once instead of one at a time. I also found it interesting that lights paired to the hub will dim in a progressive way, as opposed to the...

I emailed wink today asking if they planned on responding and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from one of their tech guys this afternoon. If everyone in customer service was like this guy the world would be a better place... He took notes on the Relay bug issues and also answered...

So, the Wink stuff I ordered on 12/3 that was supposed to ship 12/20 has now been pushed back a second time to March 2nd! That pretty much means if the spotter, norm, ascend, and trippers don't work well I won't be able to return my Relays (the return period will have passed before I even get...

"local app engine" I assume that means you won't always need their servers, why else would they add a battery backup?

Do you have a link from where you read that. If that is true then they really are crazy, I would buy more Hue lights if they would work with shortcuts and robots! IOT would be alot better off if companies would be more transparent and open, its good to see Samsung taking steps in that...

Well this is somewhat interesting... I went an re-purchased a hub after returning one thinking my Relay would work fine on its own. The Hub is working great with all lights, but even when they are grouped the lights turn on one at a time. The Relay would get confused when sending an On or...

So far I've only had experience with lights, I have other things ordered from the black Friday Quirky sale but they keep pushing back delivery dates. By itself the Relay can't figure out what the lights are doing, it will turn the lights on and then think they are off, and once it gets...

Anyone running the Relay without a Wink hub? I took my hub back after reading that the Relay could take its place, but now Wink support is telling me I should get a hub becuase the Relay easily gets confused as to what on/off state the light is in. Also, is there any official word about...
