    I have a copy of the repabe form I printed from the tdk site and there is no reference to dealer participation. Simply purchase between Jan 1 - March 31, send in UPC, and receipt or packing slip.

    Try e-Bay--I see a couple of them; Not new, you take your chances. One is entitles 'ASUS socket 7 motherboard w/Intel Pentium 133' so you might have the best luck by searching for asus and then combing through.

    Yes, but there is a 40 reply thread discussing whether a $19 + ($12 to $16 shipping) case is a piece of crap or not. For the same money, I suspect this is a much better purchase.

    Thompson's at http://www.tcwo.com has a pretty good $38 case. With free shipping it is a real bargain.
