Overclockers.co.uk do a range of fans, most of them are fairly loud afaik, but you can always run them at 7v to reduce the noise,
BTW how does one run them at 7v, i read it somewhere but can't remember, and i haven't looked at a physics book in 4+ years so my electricity theory is a bit foggy...
