OK, I need to look more closely at what I read. I stand corrected, it's a P3-450MHz, not a P2-450Mhz. Specs seems similar to each other. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. Jester6

Link I know the Xeon Chip can be found cheaper used, but i think motherboards for the CPU are pretty scarce to find. The reason I posted this link, is perhaps someone is trying to build a cheap dual cpu system, and use an M/B that was bought cheap on Ebay, or like me, upgrade a work server...

For those of you who are building dual pII servers, this is probably the best proc to use. PII-450Mhz $68.50 I see used ones going on ebay for more than this. Jester6 Link

I have never had any luck with installing the onboard RAID that came with my Asus A7V-133 motherboard, I think it was a Promise FastTrack100 lite controller, with W2K. I purchased a seperate FastTrak100 PCI RAID Controller, and have successfully implmented this on Win2K and XP. Jester6
