Found this lite-on drive on price watch and it has burn-proof technology. I think this is also a rebadge Plextor. No rebate hassel. $145 + $10 shipping. Do a search on Pricewatch and select brand search and lite-on. Anybody know more about this drive. Consider the price, this is a hot deal.

Tommyli, how did you get tax exempt in the u.s. Did you tell the store that you're from canada? Do you need any special tax exemption certificate?. I go to U.S. quite often but I have to pay tax.

I just talked to 2 rebate department csrs and they both said you can mail in seperate invoice for each item. (i.e. you don't need to buy both at the same time on one invoice). I hope this will clear any confusion. But don't forget to mail both invoices together to qualify for the rebate.
