Just a quick update. I bought the Ultra 512MB (which is rebranded Nanya ram, btw). I am running it at 2-3-3-6 1T with no problems what so ever. I may have to relax the timings a bit, because I am hitting OC limits at this point. Not bad for $60 shipped!

Hi folks - I've gone through an captured all the inputs for the K8V-DELUXE 1008 BIOS and put them in a spreadsheet. I have found this useful in the past for tweaking etc. Could also be a nice way for you to pass settings and tweaks to other users. Enjoy!

I've had my machine and and running on dual-boot XPProSp2/Xp64 and everything is silky smooth. Even play DOOM3 on both, no problems (just install on 32bit and then on the 64bit install simply map all the drives the same, everything worked). Good luck w/ it!

Well folx, finally got EVERYTHING running! Dual booted Xp and XP64 on SATA. Latest Bios, Drivers (VIA, Marvell, etc). Once I got over the hardware issues (read old posts) it was just my nVidia GeForce FX that was causing me problems. Believe it or not, an unpgrade to WinXP Sp2 did the trick...
