BFG's new warranty terms only apply to cards that were launched after Feb. 21st, 2008. Any card that was launched/purchased before that date does not require registration. That being said, your card should still be under warranty. Please let me know if you need any assistance with this.

Might you have another machine to try this card in? If the problem follows the card it might be time for an RMA. Also are you using any power adapters for the card or is the power connector coming directly from the PSU? I have run into situations before where an adapter is actually causing...
