Id recommend the mushkin redline from newegg xp3500 for like 144 bucks.. you say you dont want to actively cool your ram and dont want to give it crazy voltage but you have the perfect motherboard to do it with. you can buy a ram cooling fan that clips on the ram holder for like 7 bucks, thus...
