So you think I should try to bump up the ram timings more? Would it really make much difference?

Not idle, with prime95 and CPU Burn In both running. It settled in at 57C.

Using Coretemp shows 55C, higher than Easytune but within range. Should I try to push the ram further?

Interesting. Easytune5 no longer runs at those settings, though everything else seems OK.
