So most reports from Australia and Japan where the monitor is now on sale say that there are significant problems with the 2407 such as blurred text and colour banding. I've heard that it's been delayed for another 3-4 weeks too so I ended up going for the 2405 instead.

Thats what I did. I couldn't find them in stock in the UK, so I bought my evga 7900 GTX cards from the States on eBay. Didn't cost any more than the UK prices even including shipping.

Another thumbs up from me. The surface is great and they grip the table really well too so don't slide about when things get a bit hectic. If I had one complaint it would be that they could be a bit bigger.
