I have the AMD Athlon X2 4400 CPU. I also have the MSI K8N Diamond Motherboard.
Along with the board came some software called Core Center. This software displays the processor speed.
I have noticed that it only shows that the 4400 is only 2211 MHz. Above, it states the following...
When I received my CPU in the mail, I quickly took it out of the wrapping only to realise that it was messing with the a/c in my bedroom! Whenever I pointed the AMD Athlon towards the a/c, it would start beeping!
Weird or what?
You are right! I have emailed newegg and asked them to make sure. My work has one and I may have just convinced my boss to let me have it.
I have the CM Stacker, and I think it's the best case I have ever had, so I don't want to change it.
It's definitely an AMD board. I called MSI today and they clarified the matter.
Okay, can anyone who actually has one or has worked on one comment on the pro's and con's?
