Yes, you need a SATA Power Cable Adapter. No one is including it with their MB or HDD, but you can get one from Page Computers, Newegg, or Googlegear. Just search for SATA Power Adapter, or something like that. They're around $10 or so each. Regarding RAID, you may not need a 120 GB HDD...
