so far I've clocked mine at 380/320, with no problems memory seems to max at just above 330... core I actually haven't taken higher than 380, but strongly suspect it should go to 400. so, it doesn't reach what an overclocked 9800 pro can do, and at least mine doesn't even hit the memory clock...

If you have no problem over-clocking the 9800 np, then I'd definately say it's well worth the $100 difference.

Update: Ok, did a little testing. For me, testing means changing clock, running 3dmark and seeing if any artifacts appear, then playing a game for a bit. The ram is definately the limit. Right now I'm running stable at 325mhz. Anything much above 330mhz signs of memory corruption start to...

They do exist, bought one here in Portland, OR. It's the same basic card, but uses the infineon ram. Verdict is still out, but the one I have at least so far it doesn't appear stable running 380/340.
