I've filled a 320GB drive that's a few years old now with games and apps, I want to move all the data to a newer, bigger drive, what's the best way to do that?
Currently have:
GTS 250 SLi (1GB) setup.
Is it worth upgrading to:
GTX 470 (768MB), single card?
I can get this card for a good price, that's the reason I'm tempted, but how much quicker will it be?

My PC is failing POST with a high voltage alert, going into the BIOS and looking at the Hardware monitor page gets me this:

I'm thinking new PSU, as this one is about 3-4 years old, it's this one...
Have an E6750 Core 2 Duo on a P5N-E SLI.
Once the system is warm it will overclock to 3.2Ghz stable (prime95/3DMark/games)
But from a cold boot it hangs as soon as Vista logs it's user in. Clock back down and all is fine...
Overclock: 1600FSB
Normal: 1333FSB
Vcore is a stable 1.440
