Just solder dipswitch block to the motherboard and that is all you need for changing multiplier. That switch 5 enables those other dip's and won't give anything new to the bios.
I have a 330W enermax and it can power my 1.2G TB that I managed to get stable 1947Mhz with dryice cooling so it should be enough for most of us.
