They weren't nearly that expensive when I got them. It was a couple years ago. I didn't need 4k. 1080p is the highest I needed from them.

I went ahead and ordered replacement board.

I finally got back to this. I pulled both CPU0/CPU1 and the 4 ram modules associated with CPU1. I put the original E5-2620 v3 in the CPU0 slot with 2 ram modules and it booted fine. But when I put 4 modules in got I the same 5 beep error. So guess it is either a bad ram slot or something wrong...

There is only me on the network so 600Mbs is more than adequate. I don't plan on upgrading anytime soon.

The equipment is mine. The problem was with their equipment outside. It is fixed. My speed went from less than 20Mbs to almost 600Mbs.

Turns out their equipment on the pole was failing. It was giving multiple errors. I assume it has some error correction that was throttling down the speed.
