    Sapphire HD7950 OC perfromance issues?

    If you're getting artifacts, downclock your GPU a little bit, if you've overclocked it it's probably the problem, run a 3dmark11 and furmark test, if you're seeing artifacts, it's best to RMA the card to sapphire, because if it's stock it may be faulty.
