Upgrade from Athlon 64 to Athlon dual core?

Thank you everyone for the very good information and advice. I have a second hard drive already and don't do heavy duty apps often or simultaneously. A also defrag, check start up programs, etc routinely. So, I keep what I have, and as DSF suggested, save my money.

Upgrade from Athlon 64 to Athlon dual core?

I've had an itch for something faster - probably in my mind because my pc works just fine. Maybe, I should be talking myself out of spending $$.

First, credits to Timekeeper and dgoeken for sharing their information and expertise. Before starting, backup your 3200. 1. Get the 6M POI file using Timekeepers instructions on the first post of this topic. 2. Create a MAP subdirectory on an SD card (I used a 2G) 3. Copy the 6M POI...

For all you 3200 owners out there, I was successful in modifying the files so that the map is on the main drive and the 6M POI file is on the SD card. Without the SD card, the unit WILL map but fail in doing POIs. With the SD card, the unit will both map and do POIs.
