So, what is the general opinion on applying thermal compound?
I'll be using Arctic Silver 5 with a TT Venus 12 on a A64 3200+
Here is Thermaltake's instructions:

And here are Arctic Silver's instructions...
Hey everyone, just recieved all my components from Newegg, including 2xSATA 150's, and realized I may need new cables.
Are the ones included in the Ultra-D package 150?
Sorry for the n000b-ish question.
Thanks,
J-
If it helps, I just ordered the DFI based on reviews here and other places. Be sure to order RAM from list list:

The Chaintech does not have active cooling, just a heatsink.
Good choice on the Zalman 77.
Snap -- I ordered the DFI because of the active cooling over the chipset. Sounds like you are leaning towards the Gigabyte, so trust your best instict. If you're not going to OC and you need the LPT, then go for the GB.
Once caveat, you could grab a PCI card w/ parallel connectors for under...
Opinions on either of these two? Just trying to decide by today which one I will go for.
Should I be concerned if the Winchester (90nm) is not listed as a supported CPU on the Gigabyte website?
Luckily newegg has them both in stock right now.

I was looking at that same exact case, without the power supply.
I would totally get an Antec, at least a TruPower480 if not TruPower550.
Anyway, recieved lots of opions on it from another thread, mixed opinions about 40% bad, 60% good so far.
Cool thanks everyone for the opinions...
Unreal, I have been looking for/at cases for like 3 weeks now and can't make up my mind.
Down to three companies at least: Antec, Tt, and CoolerMaster.
I think I may just get a full tower anyway, especially one that will take BTX.
