i have a a64 3000+ newcastle on a k8v-x mobo. corsair value select pc3200 ram one strip of 512mb. and no i didnt raise the voltage for anything, just the fsb when its idle the temp is around 42-47. but when i play a game it goes to 55-58

i was wondering if its ok if you just raise the FSB and nothing else. for example, if i just raise it by increments of 10 so its 2.10ghz instead of 2.00 also, when i do raise it, the cpu temp goes up around the 55-58C area. when the norm temp is around 40

hi, i recently put my new computer together and ive noticed that whenever i turn on the computer, it makes this sound like its resetting after the motherboard screen loads. it boots up normally but im wondering if that sound was normal or is it that my psu enough.
