I have a newbie question. Why is it that the lower the capacity the lower are the write speeds of Intel SSDs? The write speeds do not seem to change with capacity on Sandforce based drives, at least not according to specifications. Why is this?
Okay thanks. Now I have one SSD less to consider. It would suck to have to RMA overseas, so no way I would buy an OWC if they are as failure prone as all other Sandforce SSDs.
Are all Sandforce SSDs failure prone or is it just OCZ?

I don't think there is anything wrong with the Corsair Force and Crucial C300 on macs. It's just that they are more expensive than the others. At least here where I live.
