hi all i just recieved today my opty 170 with stepping ccbwe 0546xpmw. Is this a good stepping ofor OC???

i am waiting too for the same baby from monarch....

the price difference is not that much to keep you away from dual core so i suggest X2 3800+ or Opteron dual 165.

I was in the same dilemma...and i decided to go with 170 because of the higher multi x10 and beacuse my ram is value....also the difference i paid was 35$....so it was a easy decision...

yes i want a large drive thats why i want raid. what method should i use to format my drives primary or extentend?

yes i am using 2 drives and i dont care much about failure because i have an external hard drive as a back up. I want to have only one letter for this set up. ok i did that BUT i cant see my drives in the upper window where i can formatted them, i see them in the lower one and my 2 drives are: online but unlocated... what can i do now??? i cant c them either in my computer...
