All depends on what you're doing. For gaming, I would expect 4GiB to be sufficient, though possibly not ideal (e.g. you might need to keep an eye on your browser, as Firefox and Chrome (and IE) can all eat up quite a lot of memory). 8GiB would give you a nice buffer. Whereas when I'm at work...

I'm looking at getting more RAM for my laptop, and I'm wondering if anyone out there has tried installing more than 8GiB of RAM into this brand (or a similar brand) of laptop. According to Asus Support, it can only handle 8GiB, at most, but they're not always right. I do know that the 4GiB...
