Are you running it underclocked when you do the install? I would think that it would be heat but that isnt hot enough to cause that problem... JM

Im not sure about this one, I have the Abit KR7A-Raid and 2 sticks of pc2100 Crucial, I was thinking about getting 3 sticks but decided not to for now. So I guess that it was a good thing that I didnt get 3 if they wont work in me board :( JM
