    Desperate for help.

    could be faulty motherboards...... I have seen many motherboards die like that....if you can get the motherboard itself checked up.

    5V 3.3V and 12V over?

    3.3V is the control for the VDIMM so if that is low...then its ok as long as its over 3.0V my 3.3 drops to a 2.9V when I OC high...because my PSU is cheap I would rather have a overvolting PSU than an undervolting
