I just ordered an OEM AMD64 3800+ X2 from newegg and I was just wondering if my stock heat sink and fan that I have on my 3000+ will work ok with the 3800+? I don't really plan on doing any overclocking.

Should I get another PSU? Or is the one that comes with that case ok?
