Hi all, I want to update my bios Asrock P43R1600 to version 1.50 Iam running Windows Vista 64 bit Ultimate...when i click on the exe file, the pc completely freeze. I turned off my virus scanner (nod32) and all other programms but nothing helps. Have some one a good idea to help me...

I think this must have something to do with your inet provider.

Does overclock works better now with the 1.70 bios for Asrock P43Twins1600? Does anyone know if i can get a Q6600 CPU above 3 GHZ with this mobo? Does anyone know if Kingston Mem is compatible with this mobo? Thanks in advance. Gerard
