well anyways i figured it out- my power supply went dead and just my luck the second power supply i bought doesn't work either so now im off to get a third. dont buy enermax or silverstone power supplies

ok how bout i get the problem that the CPU heatsink isnt sitting flush except im using water cooling, also it worked before i dont see why that would be causing the problem now it was just a random day after not tweaking with settings or changing out hardware for at least a few months
