Received my player today, minor barely visible blemishes on the screen, missing earphones. Will try the unit out now.

The rebate form (http://image.ak.outpost.com/art/rebates_pdf/4303165-102105.pdf) can be used with any retail kit purchase. You can pick up this HDD via Outpost for only 10 bux more... Still a good deal, IMO, seeing as Bestbuy, Circuit City, the usual etc. don't carry this HDD :)

Not to mention Frequent Flyer numbers are somewhat useless on their own...

I've confirmed with United that they, like major companies, had a third-party handle the survey (I don't blame em, that was one monster survey). It's legitimate, but no one is pressuring you to do anything. I recommend if you do take up the challenge, that you fill it out honestly as it could...
