    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

One more follow up. I got the card today and installed it. I'd forgotten what a pain in the butt it is to go from NVidia to ATI. but it takes awhile to get rid of all the NV stuff. and it's actually confusing because this board is an nforce4 and it's easy to uninstall the wrong item :)...

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

Just wanted to follow up. I ordered that card today having it shipped overnight. the 7800 will be here tomorrow too. but since I'd like to get my money back out of it (understanding i'll lose probably 20 bucks to fees) I am putting it on ebay. Since I'm offering it sealed, I can't open it to...

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

Yeah that's what I figured. Funny you linked me there, I was looking at that exact card while waiting for a reply. For 25 bucks I'll take the other 256MB and get the 512MB. Makes sense. Then I'll sell my 7800GS when it gets here. Shouldn't be hard, the cards are brand new.

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

Nope, not cramped, and I don't game anymore anyway so that's really not a problem. I own a hosting company and I'm CONSTANTLY doing code and config work. The monitor gives me a lot of options, but at this current resolution it's just not enough room. I'm not sure I understand dual DVI...

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

See now that's interesting. the 7800 GS is a 350.00 card and it can't support it. Strange!

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

Wow that's just terrible. So do you think that means no AGP card will be able to do it? I mean the GS is the latest (and surely the last) of it's kind.

    3007WPF & 7800 GS question

Hello, I just picked up a 3007 WPF Dell 30 inch LCD, and an NVidia 7800 GS. I am still using AGP and I do have the latest nforce for it. I think it's nforce4 ultra. Anyway, I didn't go PCI-E because I have a lot of headroom in my current mobo. My ATI card exploded, and instead of replace it...
