Yeah I reinstalled everything several times now, its basically like this, the first time I set it up it was uber fast. I turned it off, the next morning I got up and it was no longer fast at all.. as you can see about 1/3rd of the speed. I reinstalled windows with 71.20's, still slow...

I checked temp's ..card 1 is 47c idle card 2 is 44c idle.. under load they both read 52c so i dont think its heat
