LOL. I am using the UK version without the voltage selector and you/ocz may just have a point there that may explain my different experience, anyway I hope your new supply does the trick.
I'm running the OCZ520 on a fairly aggressive power demand albeit using 2x6800GT's and not the Ultra's. Even so it's rock steady and sweet. I'm surprised OCZ were so glib in response 'cos there must be another reason why your experience has been so atypical.
