    It will probably come down gradually over the next month or two. If you need it for a new rig, or won't have time after school starts, I say get it now. At the very least, you'll get that much more time to enjoy it. If you just plan to drop it into an existing system, it might be worth it to wait.

    It's easy to adjust a high resolution mouse to move slower. The resolution simply allows for smoother movement at higher mouse speeds, so a higher resolution mouse is more versatile.
