I have the above motherboard and I am experiencing a problem with the on-board LAN. My network connection will drop quite frequently. To fix it, I have to unplug and re-plug the network cable.

Update to this post...
The problem ended up being the video card. I replaced the MB, CPU and memory and had the same problem so I then replaced the video card and the machine finally posted.
What a relief!
Update to my post...it was the video card all along. After waiting three weeks for the RMA, I had the same problem so I replaced the video card and everything works fine. The Motherboard is solid.

The jury is still out as to the actual cause. Although, the Soltek support staff said they've never seen anything like it and recommended that...
Thanks for the advice. I have been in touch with Soltek support. Their conclusion was that they've never seen this before and that I should look at getting a replacement.

I just built a new machine with the above components. All the fans turn on as if everything is going to work. But, nothing ever displays on the monitor.
The Soltek board has a debug LED that follows this pattern:
FF -> C1 -> C3 -> 24 -> 25 -> 29 -> 26
26 then stays on indefinitely...
