    oblivion on Gf3 anyone?

    The game can still have normal mapping without the parallax mapping effect with PS 1.1, though probably not the nice water reflections and other cool stuff. Still, old cards are slow, even if they can run it. I'm guessing since good cards tend to get 30-40 fps outdoors with high settings...

    Hmm. That would suck. Mine's a 6800 GT OC so in a way that would make sense. I'll try underclocking it also, maybe to stock GT values, but I don't understand why it wouldn't overheat or show any visual artifacts if this was the problem.

    Name a Fun Multiplayer Game (PC)

    All MMORPGs require a ton of time, so I tend to play more action oriented games. Day of Defeat: Source is my top favorite right now, and games like Continuum, Gunbound and Blitz 1941 are cool too. Blitz and Gunbound have RPG elements...you get money, buy better avatars, tanks, cannons, etc...

    You know I've never even considered unplugging that. If that did fix your problem, then I'm guessing it's still related to PSU not being able to handle it or the card having some problem at the default clock speeds. There has to be some real solution though, cause I didn't get this 6800 GT...
