    eSATA + 3Gb/s + PCI-E durable value

    Upgrading Abit IS7G Core2 Duo DDR2 system. Applications: streaming video, stock charts, web surf, email. Can anyone recommend a motherboard with on board eSATA, PCI-E, SATA 3Gb/s, RAID (1 or 5) that will allow use of Core i7 and old DDR2 RAM? Cost and stability matter.
