Come to think of it...I didn't walk to the mail box, but I did take out the trash...that's it! Thanks toyota!
It wasn't just core parking it was HPET too. Disabling HPET reduced my overall latency by quite a bit. That could explain a few things.
I agree, that all of those things seem unrelated...yet...they are not present anymore!
BTW, I will add that if I alt+tab out of BF3 now, the stutter returns.
Welp - I figured out my problem!
It wasn't the PSU.
It was HPET and CPU parking! I don't know why in all of my posting in forums, and Googling I didn't come across those solutions before, but that was it!
Now there is almost no stutter, the card overclocks much better, and I think the coil...
I have very similar issues:
-I returned two different EVGA GTX 780's due to artifacts and random slow-downs / stuttering in BF3
-I returned 2 GTX 760's that I was running in SLI due to random slow-downs / stuttering
-I am about to Return a Galaxy GTX 780 HOF for slow-downs / stuttering...
All the Prime failures where rounding errors. The blue screen during the Prime test was a pagefile access error (because I set Prime to run at 3200MB in custom).

YES! Me too! That's the first time that's ever happened to me. I didn't get Quake Wars though, and I thought I was supposed to. I'll take a higher clock speed any day though :D
I've been tempted to buy this for my daughter several times, but planting a garden in a video game just doesn't sound very interesting to either of us.
Sounds exactly like the PS3 pre-order "mistake."
They get all of our info, issue invoices, then say they never intended to have PS3 pre-orders.
Just as well anyway since the PS3 ain't too dam good.
Did all of you attach a bank account to your Google Checkout account? I really don't feel comfortable doing that. Since I was an early Paypal adopter, I never had to attach a bank account (I think you have to now). Is there any way I can just keep the money on GCO, and then spend it on GCO...
