Actually that temperature I specified is under full load. Well, 100% - indicated by windows task manager.
I'm running this UD agent client, crunching some computational chemistry nights and days away.
I'm not sure whether it loads the entire CPU or not, but that temperature is after the CPU...

Most of them have a special jumper that you can use to clear CMOS.
