I tried once again to reinstall cooler/processor and I saw an interesting little thing:
The electronic device (whatever you guys call it in english...) which measures the temperature from the processor looks like it has melted from the top. The "root" is blue but the head is whitish...

The heatsink is warm after shutdown but not hot. I have tried to install the cooler about 50 times but temperature is always the same. Currently I am experimenting with loads of thermalgrease on the chip and it helped once more a little bit. Now the processors temp is from 60 to 65c.

I just bought a new machine and it run fine exept the processor runs around 70c degrees!
the hardware I'm currently using:
1ghz thundebird, no overclocking (10.0x100)...yet ;)
Abit KT7-raid mb
Coolermaster DP5-6H51
Few first times I started the computer the temperature was soon around...
