Update: Got the 1st one and it had the backlighting problem. called and had a replacement sent out and just set it up and it's flawless! Very happy with this monitor.

give them a call and ask for them to email you a quote. tell them that you're looking at the price on the web so they don't give you the "non-special" price. the people on the phone have always given me free shipping.

I just ask them if they can fax/email me a quote with shipping included. Everytime I've done this they've written free down in the shipping and about 50% of the time the price on the quote is lower than what is on the web site. edit: a few times the quoted price was higher than the website...

If you call the 1-800 number the rep will almost always give you free shipping and more times than not they can even beat the price on the web. Unfortunately the rep I got couldn't give it to me for less than than 549, but i did get free shipping.

i looked around for one before i ordered mine but wasn't able to find anything either. i snoozed last time the deal was around and wasn't about to let it pass me by again =)

I hear that WoW is seriously CPU and memory intensive. I was playing with a 2.4 P4 (533Mhz system clock) 1.5GB of RAMBUS and a 6800 and my frame rate wasn't nearly what it should have been. Just for grins I dropped in a 3.06Ghz P4 and turned on hyperthreading and the difference was like night...
